About Jack Born

I'm a hard working guy who got fed up with working for "The Man" and finally told him to go take a hike in (circa June 2002). I was not working in the technology field at the time. But for some reason, thought I'd enjoy learning to program code... and work from home.

Since then, I've managed to survive by my wits, making loads of mistakes but learning a ton along the way.

I created Ultimate Form Mail for myself, out of frustration that there were no reliable, safe, powerful form mail processors written in PHP. At the tail end of 2002, I shared the code freely and asked for donations. I had thousands of downloads, lots of 'atta boys', but only $12 in donations to show for it.

I couldn't devote oodles of time to improving the code for a mere $12 per year, so I decided to see if people would pay a paltry sum for my work. They did, and still do.

Ultimate Form Mail is not my main source of income... by a long shot. But I really enjoy writing the code, and hearing some truly amazing stories from folks like me, either short on time or programming knowledge, that are willing to pay a tiny bit for something really useful, easy, and secure.

I've always prided myself on excellent service. I have been able to answer all of the support requests personally. I often go far beyond what people have come to expect from making a purchase over the internet.

I treat my clients the way I want to be treated. When I buy something online, I like to feel like I'm sending my money to a person, not a faceless corporation that could give a @#$%.

I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to do what I love and help people all over the world -- and I look forward to having you as a client.
